Murder At Mansfield Park*

It’s busy today in the little park near The Office.  It’s a proper hot summer’s day for once and am sitting under the shade of a horse chestnut tree.  Next to me, the panther stretches out in a patch of sunshine.  Can see the black spots under his black fur in the bright sunlight.

Spreading my blanket out, I lie on top of it.  The grass seems to be a bit damp and now have a damp bottom.  Oh well.

A Bad Night of sleeping last night and am exhausted now: would so love to have a nap but have to return to my Important Work.  The anxiety wren flutters in my stomach.  Never sleep well on a Sunday night and the lack of sleep compounds the anxiety.  At least it’s nice weather and soon can go home and enjoy a sunny evening.

Here are the shoes that wore at the party:

They are from Office a few years ago.

Here’s my party dress:

The alcoholics drink their cans of Stella on the bench near me and chat loudly.  It’s a nice day for drinking in the park.

The hibiscus in the attached photo is here too.

Right: had better return to my Important Work.

Happy Monday everyone!

Yeah. Great post. But those shoes though…..they were pretty fab. Ahh the dress…you look so good! Really lovely weather today. The hibiscus is nice and looks similar to hollyhock. Have got some hollyhock…5 different colours. Exciting! Its the small things…right? Xxx
