Arsenic And Old Books*

Happy National Cat Day everyone! #caturday.  Here is a photo of the fluffy monster, taken just before he started eating his supper, which he’s doing now – chomping through it with gusto.

Am just back from my double-walk-round-the-block and am collapsed on the carpet in the fluffy monster’s room.  The panther stretches out next to me, resting his head on the back of my thighs.  It is heavy and am exhausted.  Need to struggle to my feet and trudge to the sofa.  One minute…

Right, that’s better.  Am on the sofa.  The panther lies next to me and Mum is on his other side, doing The Times crossword.  Dad sits in his chair.

Achievements of the day:

1.  Push self quite hard at Halloween Spin.  Photo attached.  The pumpkin is my instructor and am a leopard.  Show you my graph:

2.  Small cycle ride with Dad: 20 minutes.

3.  Wash self and Spin clothes and hang them on the edge of the bath to dry.

4.  Body Scan meditation but can’t sleep.

5.  Double walk round the block: 30 minutes.

Happy Saturday everyone!
