Achievements Of The Day

  1. Sleep all the way through the night till seven o’clock this morning.  Which is good.
  2. Push self hard at Spin, see graph:
  3. Attached photo is Spin outfit, with my instructor.
  4. See Dr Stein who is pleased with me.
  5. Mood is manageable.
  6. Am tired but have Spin Christmas Party tonight.
  7. Need to walk home and wash self and put on dress and heels.
  8. Hope will enjoy self without drinking.  This is first Christmas party season without alcohol.
  9. Can’t imagine what will do with self at a party.  Exhausted.
  10. This time last year was preparing to go into hospital for operation.
  11. Wish had some morphine.
  12. This flat white is OK.
  13. Prefer tea at the moment: see pot of tea from bookshop this morning in the photo at the top of this post.
  14. Miss my Seb.  This time last year was preparing to spend New Year’s Eve with him.
  15. On the plus side: am thinner this December than was a year ago.
  16. And this blog is almost a year old now.
  17. At least people read it.
  18. Unlike all those millions of words of fiction that have written and that no-one reads.
  19. Still: have Readers who read my writing Every Day.
  20. That is not to be sneezed at.
  21. Thank you everyone!
  22. Have done a lot of walking today.
  23. And caught some Pokémon.
  24. Almost rescue the fluffy monster from a wall but he won’t come down.
  25. Let’s hope that Mum has caught him in by now.
