Into The Net*

It is tough at training today.  Have to drop some of my weights down as am just starting to use arms and chest again after operation.  Get through quite a lot of sets of weights so think trainer is pleased with me.

Catch train back to parentals and have lunch with Dad.

Do Body Scan Meditation and sleep and now am watching the tennis in Eastbourne with Dad and the panther.  Am under my furry blanket on the sofa.  The panther lies next to me, resting his chin on the arm of the sofa.  His haunches press against me.  His amber eyes follow the ball as it bounces on the grass.

Wozniacki is playing Halep.  Have just put the fluffy monster out in the garden.  He was sleeping in the playroom but he needs some time outside: we’ll be catching him in soon enough.

Mum is out for the day so am looking after Dad and the fluffy monster on my own.

The attached photo is today’s gym outfit.

Am going to do some knitting in front of the tennis and drink lemon squash.

Happy Thursday everyone!
