Wake up and have my weekly chat with my friends on Zoom.
Go for a walk to Frogmore Lakes with Mum. It is busy and we see geese but not the goslings:

Come home and have lunch, meditate and sleep. Wake up and have coffee ☕️ and mango 🥭. Chat to a friend for a bit. It is good to talk to him.
It is hair-washing day today but have left it too late so will have to wait till tomorrow.
