The Confessions Of Frannie Langton*

Work hard at Booty Band class on Zoom this morning. My back still hurts so don’t put on the band until we go down to the floor.

Then my Aunty visits. It is lovely to see her. She brings me a book:

It’s a Gothic Murder mystery and is ever so good.

Have lunch, meditate and sleep. Wake up and have coffee ☕️ and mango 🥭. Sit in the garden and read book. The other poppies are flowering now:

Fluffball visits me in the garden and does rolling. Now we are inside and he’s resting under my dressing table.

Am lying on my bed writing this and the panther sits on the windowsill, gazing out over the garden. The tip of his tail twitches.
