Easter Bunny ๐Ÿฐ Murder*

Wake up early and do a Tarot Reading for a repeat client yay! I’ve done loads of Readings for her now. The top one is for her sister and the bottom one is for her best friend which I’ve just finished.

Do special Easter ๐Ÿฃ Pilates which is magic ๐Ÿช„: my teacher says it will make my swelling go down and my left arm is now almost returned to normal. Work hard. I’m So Grateful for Pilates and my teacher and chums.

It snows โ„๏ธ a tiny bit: it’s three degrees! And this is after being in the garden ๐Ÿชด in the sunshine ๐ŸŒž all day yesterday.

Have a bath ๐Ÿ›€ which is warm and lovely. Lunch ๐Ÿฅ—, meditate ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ and sleep.

Do the second Tarot Reading when I wake up.

Now am writing this in bed. Tonight we’re having an Indian ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ takeaway ๐Ÿฅก ๐Ÿ› to celebrate the end of Passover. It’s sunny ๐ŸŒž with a blue sky now.

Tomorrow I receive my Memoir manuscript back from the Editor. I’m nervous. Hope it doesn’t need too much work.

Happy Easter ๐Ÿฃ everyone!

*2013. By Leslie Meier. A Lucy Stone mystery, set in Tinker’s Cove, Cape Cod.

Drifted Away*

Have a heartening chat last night to a friend who was also abandoned by her twin flame. She says you never really recover from it and the answer is to heal yourself through self-love until you are strong enough not to need a man. It comforts me to have my feelings validated and to know that am not alone and that it’s normal not to be able to get over someone.

I have made great strides in self-love with all the Mel Wells and Persia Lawson work, so am going to keep at it.

On the plus side: the Coronavirus means I can stop dating for a bit: can’t risk meeting someone I don’t know and catching the dreaded lurgy from them.

Once lockdown happens I will go to the parental home so can self-isolate with them and Fluffball. Can’t stay here in the flat on own: would go mental.

Have a troubled night of sleep and bad dreams: including my recurring one where I’m back at school with my whole year group, redoing our A-levels aged forty. In the dream I keep missing lessons; not reading set texts and so on. It’s obviously an anxiety dream.

This morning: wake up and complete the last two modules of my Flower Psychometry Diploma and then make it to the gym to lift weights for the second time in less than a week. Do four sets of all my weights and spend an hour there.

Come back and have lunch and meditate but can’t sleep. Crack on with The Mirror And The Light and am now 507 pages in: almost halfway through. Will read a bit more before bath and supper and then will watch my television: American Horror Story Series Eight. For some reason Netflix doesn’t have Series Nine, even though it came out last year.

Happy Saturday everyone!

*2020. By Emily DiPace. Song from the album The 11:11 Experience.

Day Is Done*

Go to sleep at 9.30pm last night after a couple of episodes of American Horror Story and my meditation.

This morning wake up at 6.30am. Do two modules of my Flower Psychometry Diploma. It is fascinating.

It’s a beautiful sunny ๐ŸŒž day again today and see my blackbird, robin and magpie having their lunch.

Lift weights at the gym for the first time in ages. Must make sure to visit my gym more regularly: feel so much better for it. Do four sets of all my weights.

Come home and wash my hair. It’s been too cold to do this at my parental home and it’s such a mission with my medicated shampoo: put it on, leave for a few minutes; wash off; repeat. It makes three towels wet. Still, it’s good to have clean, curly hair again.

Have lunch, meditate and sleep. The printed materials for my Zoology Diploma are here. Can’t wait to start it.

Need to hang up the washing on the airer and then will watch more American Horror Story.

Happy Thursday everyone!

*1969. Song by Nick Drake from the album Five Leaves Left.

Lungs*

Have some fluid in right lung and have just seen lung specialist who will drain the fluid next week. He then suggests a small operation which will mean I just spend a few days in hospital.

Have a bath. Work hard at training. Finish my Canine Communication Diploma this morning. Have a sleep. Tonight we have Spaghetti for supper yay!
We have a new episode of Midsomer Murders to watch tonight yay.

*2011. Play by Duncan Macmillan.

Psychic Tarot*

Watch a new episode of Midsomer Murders last night about dancers. It is very good. The new series is excellent: look it up on the ITV player.

Have a long sleep and don’t wake up till 7.44am. Cuddle Fluffball.

This morning’s card is the Ace Of Wands from my Fantastical Creatures Tarot Deck:

The animal is a simurgh which is half-bird, half-mammal and lived in the secret mountains โ›ฐ where the sacred Tree ๐ŸŒฒ of Life cured all diseases. This prophetic creature also had magickal powers, great wisdom and healing feathers.

According to ancient Persian poetry, the powerful giant Rustam worked with the simurgh to defeat evil.

On this card, the simurgh’s powerful wand represents opportunities for change. The simurgh’s legendary wisdom can help you make correct choices. The half-formed faces in the massive stones symbolise the latent power of intention.

Divinatory Meaning: Past efforts and thoughts directed toward change allow you to take on a new role or make radical changes in your lifestyle. Freedom from restraints.

Magickal Uses: Use the Ace Of Wands as a focal point in meditations when you desire great changes in your life.

So I call on the simurgh to help me and finish reading Psychic Tarot. Hoping to become more psychic and intuitive in my readings.

Work hard at Pilates despite pain in abs from yesterday’s training.

My friend picks me up from the farm and we go to Daisy’s for lunch. Have the superfood salad ๐Ÿฅ— with halloumi:

My friend drops me home and meditate and sleep.

Wake up at 5.45pm. Another lovely long sleep.

Fluffball is still sleeping:

Tonight will be having my spinach and mushroom ๐Ÿ„ bottomless quiche. Please send thoughts and prayers as still no WiFi or telephone โ˜Ž๏ธ at parentals. It may be absent for several weeks according to BT.

Tonight we will watch a Poirot or Marple after supper and will do some knitting ๐Ÿงถ.

Happy Friday everyone!

The Secret Of Cold Hill*

Do four sets of all my weights at the gym. It’s another bright, sunny but cold day.

On the way back I buy some Bathroom unblocker to sort out sink. Sink is now recovered.

The Australian Open is not on Amazon Prime so purchase Eurosport. Watch Roger’s match.

Meditate and sleep.

Look at Dimitrov’s outfit:

This really cheers me up. It would be brilliant if he were to win the tournament in it.

Take off old nail varnish and put on base coat. Will apply a new colour tomorrow when am at parentals: don’t want to spill nail varnish on my beautiful sofa.

Have bath ๐Ÿ›€, unload dishwasher and put washing on the airer. Take out the rubbish and recycling.

Today’s card is the King of Pentacles from my Trippin’ Waite Tarot deck:

He is reliable, savvy, materialistic, enterprising and supportive. A charismatic character, business leader, financial adviser, practical and stabilising, resolute and unshakeable. He has the ‘Midas’ touch, a competent, no-nonsense approach and a responsible attitude.

The King of Pentacles sometimes indicates that you are in a successful period of your life, and must be resolved to carry on. Enjoy what you are doing and don’t feel guilty for your achievements.

So I channel this King’s energy today by cleaning myself, tidying up ๐Ÿงน and doing household tasks.

Going to have an early night tonight as need to wake up tomorrow and watch Rafa’s match before walking Dolly if possible.

I am doing a Tarot Reading for Mum’s friend next week so am looking forward to that.

Happy Monday everyone!

*2019. By Peter James. Murder novel.

Practical Magic*

Wake up and it’s raining. By the time we walk Gandalf it is dry and sunny. Have a lovely walk and lots of cuddles and kisses with my favourite boy. It is muddy and slippery in the woods. Gandalf finds a stick which he carries most of the way home and then abandons. We see a heron at his lake.

Work hard at Pilates and my teacher is pleased with me. We use the roller and work in imprint which we don’t often do.

Dad drives me back to the flat. Have lunch, meditate and sleep. It is warm here although it was very windy earlier in the day. Watch my pigeons ๐Ÿฆ and robin having their lunch and put out some more fat balls for them.

Wake up and work on my Kabbalah course. Am aiming to finish it before the Australian Open starts on Monday as I’ll be busy watching all the matches then.

Now I’m watching Practical Magic which have never seen before. It’s wonderful.

Happy Friday everyone!

*1998. Feature film. Stars Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest. Directed by Griffin Dunne. Written by Alice Hoffman.

Angels And Demons*

Wake up early and get to work straight away on my Kabbalah course. Learn about angels and demons, the Tree of Life, reincarnation and much else besides. It’s fascinating.

Do four sets of all my weights at the gym.

Catch the train ๐Ÿš‚ to the parentals. When I arrive, Fluffball wants more lunch but he isn’t allowed any. Put him outside.

Have lunch with Dad and an episode of Series 3: Coven of American Horror Story: this series is about witches ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธ yay! Am loving it.

Meditate and achieve a three hour sleep. Mum wakes me up just before six o’clock and we finish the episode of Midsomer Murders that we started a few nights ago.

Fluffball sleeps all afternoon.

Today’s card is VI: The Lovers which stands for love, completeness, choice, temptation and commitment.

We have some of my favourite people coming for dinner so must post this and put some clothes on.

Happy Thursday everyone!

Match Point For Murder*

Wake up at 6.30am and watch some of the Novak Djokovic vs Denis Shapovalov match. Then Rafa comes on to play David Goffin.

Goffin wins the first set and then I go to Pilates. Work really hard.

Pull the Three Of Cups from my Golden Art Nouveau Tarot deck. This card symbolises friendship and socialising.

Have lunch with the parentals and Fluffball. Cuddle him and put him outside in the sunshine a couple of times. He is very hungry as he’s back on his steroids as his allergy has returned, poor darling boy.

and then Dad takes me back to the flat. Arrive just in time to watch Rafa and Carrena Busta win the doubles against Belgium so Team Spain are through to the semifinals which is good. They play Australia tomorrow.

Meditate and sleep. Now am watching American Horror Story which is good so far.

Happy Friday everyone!

And Then There Were None*

Wake up at 5.30am and finish my book. Then watch Team Australia beat us 18 – 16 in the doubles. So now we’re out of the ATP Cup which is sad.

The above photo of Fluffball is six years ago today. Today he climbs up on the wall outside and disappears down the other side.

Watch most of Daniil Medvedev vs Diego Schwartzman. Medvedev gets a warning and then a point deducted for a second warning. Have a bath ๐Ÿ›€ and paint my nails ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป.

Work hard at Personal Training – see above photo.

Pull the Nine Of Coins (Pentacles) from my Tarot Grande Luxe by Ciro Marchetti deck. A refined woman holds a hooded falcon. We can assume she’s a woman of means because she is well dressed and falconry is a sport of the privileged class. But her demeanour is sombre; falconry is not merely an entertaining pastime, but a metaphor for personal restraint and control over one’s own natural and wilder instincts.

I love Ciro Marchetti’s art and this deck. I also have his Gilded Tarot.

I bring Nine Of Pentacles energy to my training and meditation and sleep: have a lovely long sleep this afternoon.

Now am watching Nick Kyrgios vs Cameron Norrie from earlier today.

Tonight it’s the Spinach and Mushroom Bottomless Quiche. Am looking forward to my supper. Then we’re watching the 1974 film of And Then There Were None which stars Oliver Reed and Herbert Lom.

Happy Thursday everyone!
