Murder On The Rock*

Work hard at Spin. It’s The Boss’s class and is Extensive Intervals which is my favourite: two tracks then a rest track then repeat till the end of the class. Graph has not uploaded but what you would see is peaks and troughs.

In the attached photo we’re wearing our CoppaFeel t-shirts for the Breast Cancer Awareness sponsored ride we’re doing on 5th May. If you would like to sponsor me there’s a link on Facebook and if you’re not my Facebook friend, comment and I’ll add you. You can find me on Facebook as “Cordelia Feldman”.

Then walk my darling Gandalf and kiss him on the top of his head. Here we are:

Gandalf is really pleased to see me as it’s his first walk of the day. His owner is having a knee operation which has a six week recovery period so am hoping to be offered more walks with him over this period, fingers crossed. I love that handsome criminal.

Back to the parentals for a quick lunch and sleep.

At 3.15pm see new physio. He is cute and just twenty two. Of course I ask him if he has a girlfriend and he does, sadly. He says I have some muscle irritation in back that he thinks we can fix and he gives me some exercises to do as homework: pelvic tilts, the bridge and wipers. Have to do them every day and see him next week.

Tell him I may have Ehlers-Danlos hypermobility syndrome and he says I’m doing the right things for it: weightlifting to strengthen muscles, which is a relief.

Stop at Myla Clare:

There, Mum buys me this beautiful gold biker jacket from Rino and Pelle:

Am so pleased with it. It’s polyester and can even go in the washing machine.

Mum buys herself a beautiful dress which she will wear at the party she’s going to tomorrow night. Will try and get a photo then.

My cat sweater arrives:

Sadly the ears are floppy and don’t really stand up. It says “I’m A Cat” on it.

When we arrive home there is a fluffy monster sleeping in a heart shape, look:

Last night at Crufts there’s huge excitement for me when the Newfoundland wins the Working Group. Here she is:

She’s called Nana and is just eighteen months old. It’s very rare for a brown Newfoundland to win Best of Breed. She’s beautiful. Hope she wins Best In Show. A Newfoundland has not won Best In Show at Crufts since Shelton Viking back in 1908. Let’s hope this is Nana’s year!

Right had better post this and get organised for tonight’s Crufts.

Happy Friday everyone!

The gold jacket is gorgeous! It’s hard to believe it’s machine-washable.
